Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 12x services. Using the platform indicates your acceptance of all provisions stated here.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 12x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by 12x.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and 12x management ("We"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The 12x platform is only available for individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 12x reserves the right to request age verification at any time and suspend accounts unable to verify age.
Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one (1) active account on the 12x platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
At registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of account balances.
You bear full responsibility for:
- Keeping your account password confidential.
- All activities conducted under your account, whether by you or others.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Ensuring your personal information is always accurate and up to date.
12x is not liable for any losses resulting from your password being used by third parties due to your own negligence.
Platform Usage Rules
12x platform users agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate games or payment systems.
- Collaborating with other users to cheat the platform or other users (“collusion”).
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system — any winnings gained through such methods will be deemed invalid.
- Using 12x accounts for money laundering or any illegal activities.
- Transferring or selling your account to others.
- Abusing promotional systems, such as registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.
12x reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action, including account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content on the 12x platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 12x and protected by copyright law. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 12x management.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 12x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring deposited funds are legitimate and obtained through lawful means.
12x may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requests for identification documents and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Important information regarding transactions:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the selected payment method.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and can take from a few minutes up to several business days.
- Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user’s responsibility.
- 12x reserves the right to withhold or cancel transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to their own wagering requirements as specified in the respective promotional terms.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 12x support team within 30 days from the transaction date.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Account Suspension & Closure
12x reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, illegal activities, or misuse of the platform system.
- Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
- Instructions from relevant authorities.
- Account inactivity exceeding the specified period.
In cases of serious violations, 12x reserves the right to confiscate any account balance without compensation.
Liability Limits
The 12x platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. 12x is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions.
Links to third-party websites on the 12x platform are for reference only. 12x has no control over the content of those sites and is not responsible for anything that occurs when you access third-party websites.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
12x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date.
It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the 12x platform will be governed and interpreted under applicable law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolving any disputes.
If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as separate and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full effect.
